What about the game?

Deadly Skies is not a serious flight combat sim, it leans more into the arcade sim. The first mission puts you in a combat scenario where you must stop a beach head attack, flying your single engined jet fighter ( I want to say its a Crusader, but not 100% sure) into to combat against sea, air and land targets.

The controls feel good and the overall feel is geared towards an easy setup for flight, considering the games age, on a small screen like a Asus Rog Ally this game looks great, on a 42inch HD TV using your old Xbox or 360, yes its going to look dated. However in these days where games are over complicated and huge it is nice to pick up a game that you can get stuck into even for 20 mins or so.

Deadly skies is a good little game, weather you run it on a emulator or your old Xbox hardware, if you like a decent air combat game it’s worth a shot!
